Library Services & Technology
LSTA funds are Federal funds awarded to the Commission for Libraries from the Institute of Museum and Library Service (IMLS). These funds are governed by the purposes for LSTA, six priorities for the use of LSTA funds and the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circulars for allowable uses for Federal funds. The purpose and priorities can be found in the Code of Federal Regulations 45 CFR 1183 at http://www.gpoaccess.gov. OMB Circulars for Allowable Uses can be found at http://www.whitehouse.gov OMB Circulars. The priorities for LSTA can also be found in the LSTA Guide under Grants to Libraries.
