"The program provides discounts to assist most schools and libraries in the United States (and U.S. territories) to obtain affordable telecommunications and Internet access. Funding

The Commission for Libraries provides grant opportunities to eligible Idaho libraries. Library Services and Technology Act funds (LSTA) are our primary source of grant funds and are available for a variety of projects. Examples of projects might be networking libraries, expanding library services, projects to serve the underserved, continuing education projects, advocacy projects and others.
